Brexit : L'UE pourrait invoquer un sommet en novembre pour discuter d'un plan sans accord
Un officiel anonyme de l’UE vient de déclarer que plusieurs pays souhaitent un sommet du no-deal en novembre, selon Bloomberg.
Selon la source, un sommet d’absence d’accord sur le Brexit pourrait avoir lieu en novembre s’il n’y a pas suffisamment de progrès d’ici là. Ensuite un plan de no-deal pourrait être publié en janvier ou février si nécessaire.
Cela fait un moment que le bruit court que l’UE souhaite organiser un sommet en novembre, mais il apparait maintenant que cela pourrait être davantage pour discuter du no-deal que pour avancer dans les négociations en vue d’un accord.
