GBP/USD pourrait rebondir selon certaines banques
Société Générale note que : « Les taux de change et les rendements nominaux à 10 ans ont vu leur relation se resserrer après les premiers mois de l’année dernière. Si nous prenions cela à cœur, la conclusion serait que la paire GBP/USD s’apprécierait à la hausse si (et c’est un énorme si ), il y a des nouvelles positives dans les jours et les semaines à venir.
BNP Paribas pour sa part dit qu’il est temps d’acheter le GBP. BNPP cible 1.36 sur GBP/USD et 0.8500 sur EUR/GBP. Leur scénario de base est un report de l’article 50 et l’organisation d’un nouveau référendum.
